This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. The return of an NaN error in the calculated JD number and time field will result otherwise. The default value is the BIOS date of the original IBM PC, January 1, 1980, 12:00 noon. A Julian date is valid from January 1, 4713 B.C., or to those that do not accept Christianity, BCE, to present, sometime after 2004 A.D.
