Ideal Body Weight Calculator For Females

This calculator is designed to give the allowable daily calorie input for females, (see our calculator for males) based on the data entered. Enter your height in feet and inches. If you are exactly 5 feet or 6 feet tall, put a 0 in the inches box. The results could be interpreted or calculated incorrectly if you leave the inches box empty. This calculator will work correctly for female heights between 4 feet and 6 feet 11 inches. Click on the Calculate button. The weight will be given in pounds. You may Clear Values for another entry.
