UTC
, Coordinated Universal Time, popularly known as
GMT
(Greenwich Mean Time), or
Zulu time
. Local time differs from UTC by the number of offset, + (TO) or - (FROM), hours of your timezone. Offset times that are + (or no indication) are added TO the local time to yield UTC. Offset times that are negative are subtracted FROM the local time to yield UTC.
