This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. This creates and displays the time in hexadecimal (hex), as opposed to other conventional displays. This idea has been bounced around since early Z80 days and Netscape used it as a demo for a while. Though there are a few people that see this as reasonable, I see no possible validity to it. There are many of us that are programmers that do hex math, do mental hex conversions, remember hex addresses and the like, but no sane person thinks time in hex... You can see opposing views here.
