This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. It is to determine the distance between two different points of longitude and latitude for aviation purposes. Select an originating point by entering the longitude and latitude associated with it. Then select a destination point and do the same thing. Any field value with no entry will be calculated as a zero (0) entry for that value. Click the Calculated Distance button and the calculated trip information will be displayed. Be aware that this calculator does not take into consideration weather, winds, magnetic deviation, altitudes or other navigation factors which may effect the course and ultimately, the distance.
