Fantasy 5 tickets cost $1 per play. To play Fantasy 5, pick five numbers from 01 through 36 on your Fantasy 5 play slip, or mark the Quick Pick box and let the terminal randomly select some or all of your numbers for you. Players win a prize by matching two, three, four or five of the winning numbers, in any order, drawn in the official Fantasy 5 drawing for the date played. Drawings are held seven days per week at approximately 11:15 p.m. Eastern time, and carried on 13 Lottery affiliate stations. Please check local listings. Fantasy 5 pays an estimated top prize of $100,000 to an average of two winners per drawing. The estimated second prize is $107 to an average of 320 winners and the estimated third prize is $10 to an average of 9,593 winners. The approximately 92,731 players who match two numbers receive a free Fantasy 5 Quick Pick ticket for the next available drawing. All Fantasy 5 prizes are paid in a single payment. Fantasy 5 is a pari-mutuel game. Actual prize amounts depend upon sales and the number of winners in each prize category. The On-line game terminal will print free ticket prizes for matching 2 of 5 numbers automatically when tickets are redeemed. If there is no top-prize winner, the money in the top-prize pool "rolls down," and is shared equally among winners in the 4 of 5 number prize category. Estimated four number prizes with "roll down" will be approximately $770. Advance Play is available for up to 30 consecutive drawings. If you claim a prize on a winning Advance Play ticket before all of the draws on the ticket have occurred, you will be issued a "continuation ticket" for the remaining draws with the same play numbers as the original ticket.
