This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. This calculator is not a handicap calculator nor is it based on any form of handicap. (See our standard golf handicap calculator.) It calculates score averages of the rounds you enter. It presents the best information when the rounds are played on the same course, from the same tees, or from courses of similar length and difficulty. Begin by entering the scores into the new score input box. Please be sure to click on the "Enter Score" button after each entry; the cursor will return to the new score entry box to prepare for the next value entry. There is no reasonable limitation as to the number of entries as long as you follow each entry by clicking on the "Enter Score" button. The score you entered will be placed in the running total for entries and into the box below for display of your entries. After the last value has been entered, click on the "Calculate Average Data" button for the returned average value of the entered data and the number of values entered, as well as the other displayed average data. Actually, you can click on "Calculate Average Score Data" as often as you wish and it will average the entries up to that point and allow you to continue. Other information displayed and updated with each click of "Calculate Average Score Data" is the first and last number entered in the session, the lowest and highest values in the session, the average of those two groups, the best and worst rounds, and the rounded average of all scores. Clicking the "Clear Values" button will clear all the accumulators and allow you to start over.
