Lotto is the Washington State big money game and is your (slim) chance to win millions of dollars! It is one of the many Washington Lottery games. Tickets can be bought at any Lottery Licensed Retailer that sell On-Line products (Lotto, Quinto, Daily Game, Keno, Lucky for Life). Look for the black background and red "LOTTO" on the outside of the building. Drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday. Pick six numbers from 1 through 49, or use "Quick Pick" and the on-line terminal randomly selects numbers for you. Play up to 10 drawings in advance with the same numbers by asking for "Advance Play." You win if you match three or more numbers on one line. The more you match, the more you win. Match all six numbers and win the jackpot. The minimum Jackpot is $1 million, which may be paid over 25 years or in one lump-sum payment worth half of the Jackpot amount. The Jackpot grows at least $1 million from drawing to drawing if no ticket has all six of the numbers drawn. The average Jackpot is $5 to $6 million. If more than one player matches all six winning numbers, the Jackpot is divided equally among the winners. Second prize (matching 5 numbers) is $1,000. Third prize (matching 4 numbers) is $35.
