Metric Percentage Time Display Calculator
This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. This creates and displays YOUR current local time in metric percentage format, as opposed to other metric or other conventional displays. (The current local time and date is below the metric time for comparison.) The percentage is of the 24 hour day. This proposed idea, is the copyrighted brainchild of Dr. Ray Winstead, IUP Professor of Biology.
