Pick up a free Super 6 Lotto play slip at any Pennsylvania Lottery Numbers Games' retailer. Each play slip has 5 game panels identified by a letter, either A, D, G, J, or M. Each game panel has numbers from 1 to 69. Select 6 numbers or mark the Quick Pick box. You get two free Quick Pick plays for each $1 game panel played. After you pick your numbers, pick your payout! You may choose how you want to receive your first place Super 6 Lotto prize, either through an annuity or a one time cash payment equal to the cost of purchasing the annuity. The selection must be made at the time of purchase. You can choose the cash payment by filling in the Cash Option block on your bet slip, or by informing the operator prior to ticket entry. If you do not select the Cash Option, prize payment will be made in the form of an annuity. Can't decide? Ask for Quick Pick and the computer will select the numbers for you.
