Target Calculator
This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. This script creates a very close approximation of a target maximum heart rate to be achieved while doing exercise. While it is close, you should consult your doctor for ALL matters that involve exercise and heart rate functions. Your doctor can tell you your maximum and minimum heart rates and your target goal for confirmation. Do NOT use this as a guideline without consulting your doctor first!
