This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. It is to determine your body fat percentage in an alternative method. Values can be entered in either US or metric form; the default is US and other default values are based on that. You may change any of the default values. Select your gender. Enter your age to the closest year, your weight and height. Males should enter the measurements for the hips iliac and abdomen; females only the hips and abdomen.
