This converter requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. This script will convert numeric values in the form of conventional decimal to Scientific Notation form. The initial values are randomly selected values decimal and exponents to demonstrate the process. You need only click on Convert for the result of the demonstration. For actual selected use, enter the decimal number (or similar) and click on calculate. You may click on Assign Random Default Values to reset the default value of the entry field to a new value. You may click on Clear Values to set all values to zero (0). We also have a counter program that reverses this operation and converts Scientific Notation to decimal.
