This converter clock requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. The time is based on YOUR local time. We have used the American Sign Language, also called finger sign language and finger spelling, numbers to represent the clock numerals. The clock is based on a 24 hour schedule. There is also a display below the clock giving all the signs from 0 to 9, in order.
