This calculator is designed to give the XP+ value for AthlonXP and AthlonMP processors at standard megahertz values, and do the reverse calculation from megahertz to the AMD XP+ value. This XP+ designation has been an ongoing source of confusion since it implies a faster processing speed than it delivers. This calculator clears that misnomer.
