Submit Button Text Change

This eliminates the ability to double-click the submit button and changes the text on it.
Often, submitting data takes a while and users are not sure if it working.
This is a way to prevent uneasiness of the part of the user.
Our button just reloads the page. When clicked the text changes to "Submitted".
