Javascript Test And Version Test Routine

This routine will test for the ability of your browser to use JavaScript at all, and test the JavaScript version capability of your browser, from 1.0 through 1.8.1 (2009). Different browsers support different capabilities and "compatibility modes"; they may also support a lower version of JavaScript than the native mode of the browser. A message will tell you it does or it does not currently support JavaScript. If it does not, you may have scripting or JavaScript specifically turned off or disabled in your browser's security settings. Assuming that it DOES support JavaScript, different versions obviously have different capabilities. Most have MORE and improved capabilities as the version moves up but there are some calls and commands that are eliminated or changed as the version moves up, probably for compatibility.
