This example returns the autodetected timezone and the autodetected offset that is CURRENT. The designated hour difference in the list dropdown is for STANDARD time as offset from GMT/UTC. The list is of STANDARD time offsets and is not reflective of the CURRENT time. The list does not take DST into consideration but the autodetect does. The list is for information only and changing the list does NOT change the autodetect.
