Cursor Change Routines

This script changes the default cursor to an hourglass and back again. It uses the mouse click on the link to trigger the changes. When the upper link is clicked on (by you) or the lower link is clicked off (by you) to stop it, the event effect is visible. You will see the hourglass appear during that time, wherever you move the mouse with the exception of being over either link. This is avaiable in IE5.5 and up and SOME emulations.
