Cursor Change Routines

This script changes the default cursor to an hourglass and back again. It uses the OnMouseDown and OnMouseUp events to trigger the changes. When the upper box is checked (by you) or unchecked (by you), the events OnMouseDown and OnMouseUp happen in sequence with some calculating time in between. You will see the hourglass appear during that time. The two different numbers have no significance.
