Your repair company must first "authorize" you before you can request service. To speed the authorization process please contact your repair company directly. Click "Your repair company's name" to view their contact information.

Click YOUR "REPAIR COMPANY NAME" to get service.

Click "SEND REQUEST" To Request Service.

Choose "ACCESS LEVEL" For Your Technician

We suggest that unless there is a good reason otherwise, unrestricted access gives us the best ability to repair the system.


Click "OK" To Send A Service Request To A Technician
