Click Download To Begin
Click "Run" To Begin Setup
Click "Syberfix Professional Client" To Install
Click "Next" and Follow The Setup Wizard
Click "Finish" To Start and Complete Registration

After the installation has finished Syberfix software will automatically launch and ask you to register. THIS IS A ONE TIME PROCESS...

The registration process will ask minimally for a name, a VALID E-Mail address and a country. You will also need to select from the drop down if this is for a personal client or business client. We suggest that for ease of assisting you to the fullest extent, you should check all of the optional boxes and fill in the information as completely as possible. You should include at least one phone number as well as a cell phone in case of communications issues. Be SURE to select English as the language of choice; we cannot support you otherwise. You will be asked if you wish to have a password placed on the use of the Syberfix Client installation on your computer. That is up to you but if you use a password, we must know it and you must NOT forget it!

After registration the Repair company selection wizard will ask you to choose a repair company. Either enter a Repair Company CSA Key or select a repair company from the Public List. Assuming that you would like us to do the work, the Computer Support Group/CSGNetwork CSA Key is "csg".

Open Syberfix at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop.
